GERALD DAVIT, P.E.

Gerry is PCC’s president and CEO, specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental studies, management and quality assurance/control. Prior to founding PCC in 1992, he managed engineering, geological and environmental services for a consulting firm with 100+ employees. He has a Master of Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering from George Washington University and a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. NICHOLAS WHITE, P.E.

Nick is PCC’s Project Manager & Consultant, specializing in design and construction monitoring of foundations, underpinning, retaining structures and shoring systems. He has expertise in all types of foundations, earthworks, earth retention, ground improvement, concrete and structural steel. Prior to joining PCC in 2015, he worked in a variety of consulting roles following his 1983 graduation from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s in Engineering. Barbara Davit, Esq.

Barbara serves as counsel for PCC. As such, she advises the staff on general legal matters relating to corporation management. Barbara originally trained as a chemist, and has a bachelor’s in chemistry. Following a long career as a pharmacologist/toxicologist at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, she began the study of law. She holds an advanced paralegal certificate from George Mason University Professional School and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland, and is currently enrolled in a Master of Laws program at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. See Barbara’s resume for more information.
